About Us

Vision

Esperanto Info envisions a society in which fathers are actively involved in their children’s lives.

Mission

The objective of Esperanto Info is to create supportive communities for fathers* that are supplemented by resources and narrative.

*We define “father” as someone who considers himself or herself to be a father figure. This includes, but is not restricted to, biological, adoptive, and married children, grandparents, aunts, and older siblings, and also cisgendered, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ people. We welcome all men who identify as dads into our communities and into our programmes. (You can read our complete inclusion statement here.)

What does supporting dads do?

When it comes to advantages, it adopts an equal approach, but it also helps to:

  • Attract, hire, and keep great talent
  • Make your workplace more diverse and inclusive.
  • Increase the number of gender-equal outcomes.
  • Help employees with their productivity and mental wellbeing.
  • Increase employee psychological safety and resiliency.

DADS ARE CRITICAL

Dads are important members of families, but they don’t always have the tools, resources, or community to be the best fathers they can be.

Esperanto information is available to assist you. We seek to build communities, give education, and serve as a resource hub for all dads so they may be more active and emotionally connected to their spouses and children.
